Responsible for the complete start up of a new die casting shop. This includes the following main points:- projecting and realization of the transfer and installation of two die casting cells, 280tn & 500tn, consisted of: main machine, ladle, sprayer, robot, furnace and trimming machine.- Projecting and realization of the transfer and installation of two central tilting aluminum melting furnaces of 600tn.- Projecting and installation of all the needed supporting networks such as compressed air, power supply, tap water lines, sewage treatment lines etc.- Purchase projecting and installation supervising of support equipment such as crane and forklift.- Employees searching/hiring/training and production start up.- Supervising the production and the equipment’s maintenance. Setting up preventive and predictive maintenance program using special software (Coswin). Building from zero a fully equipped maintenance department.- Starting the implementation of ISO 9001, 14001 and 16949 standards.- Taking care for general administration issues and assuring that factory’s operation according local laws and regulation (obtaining fire, environment and operation authorization).
