  My main responsibilities include looking after all aspects of the afters sales department of the garage. My main duties are on the parts side where I am responsible for the day to day running of the parts department. Daily duties include receiving parts into stock, booking of parts to workshop jobs, maintaining stock levels and dealing with retail customers. I am also responsible for processing Warranty Claims in compliance with specified criteria set by the factory or distributor.
