      I have been teaching, coaching and working in Athletic Administration since 2001. I have experience in teaching Physical Education, Health Education and Coaching Athletics. I have an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, WI, with a Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in Physical Education and a double minor in Health and Coaching Athletics. I also possess a Master's degree from Ohio University, OH, in Athletic Administration. In my present position as Activities Director I have the opportunity to lead over fifty athletic teams, clubs and activities. This opportunity includes but not limited to the responsibilities of organizing and scheduling athletic competitions, academic monitoring, fundraising, Title IX compliance, officials, clubs, balancing budgets, transportation and facility use of multiple facilities. I also conduct interviews and evaluations of perspective coaches and advisers on behalf of these activities programs. As an educational professional and a coach with sixteen years of experience I understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships with student-athletes and their families. Through my experiences as a teacher, coach and Activities Director I have taken full advantage of opportunities to be a leader and positive role model within the community. I am in continuous communication with parents, student-athletes, and the media. I believe in working with all the stakeholders of the district through a collaborative process. Throughout my career I have worked and dedicated myself to being the best administrator and teacher I can be. I am presently a member of the Minnesota Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (MnIAAA) and a past member of the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association (WFCA) and the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA).
