Maintenance Supervisor
-
Feb 2004 - Present
I started my tenure at Warren Industries as a Maintenance Millwright looking after various press lines from 120 tons to 1200 tons capacity. Along with the presses I was responsible for the feed lines, transfer systems and conveyors. Developed a preventative maintenance plan through regular PM's on the various equipment along with applying some predictive maintenance to keep our equipment up to par. My duties expanded to looking after the facilities, compressors, cranes, forklifts etc. As Maintenance supervisor, I still have the same duties, but they have been augmented by the addition of management duties, such as scheduling work, weather it be in house or outside contractor. I am responsible for materials requisitioning for repairs to our equipment. I am responsible for maintaining records and documentation regarding maintenance activities in compliance with TS, ISO and IATF requirements. I also sit on the JHSC for our plant, as a certified JHSC practitioner, lending my knowledge and experience to maintaining a safe working environment. Show less
