  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and analyze Load Forecasting o National Grid Corporation of the Philippines. Automates and Improves System Data generation using Microsoft Excel Macros on VBA. Preparation of Day-Ahead and Week-Ahead Generator offers of the plant. Declaration of Customer BCQ Nominations in WESM. Evaluation and preparation of report regarding plant’s possible non-compliance/s to WESM Rules. Preparation of Month-End billing summary of confirmed ancillary, declared BCQ, MRU, and MQ based on daily collated data from plant reports. Close coordination with customer inquiries or requests regarding their BCQ contract. Preparation of WESM Billing and Settlement. Preparation of BCQ and ancillary nomination of the plants. Constant monitoring of market activities, power plants, and other information relevant to trading activities Preparation of Daily trading report and Summary of Market activities. Monitoring of Market and Grid Status. Hourly Monitoring and acquiring of WESM data such as: o Real-Time Dispatch Schedules and Prices o Real-Time Ex-Post Prices o Day-Ahead Dispatch Schedules and Prices o Hourly System Demand o Load Weighted Average Prices o System Marginal Plant and Clearing Price o Day-Ahead Projection (Every 4 hours) o List of Outage Plants and Discrepancy Dispatch Monitoring o MOT and MRU report
