Responsible for managing the Fabrication department in the Harley Davidson facility that is scheduled to close in June 2019. I came back to Harley to offer my skills of managing a tough production situation where many 20 year hourly union employees will be forced to leave the company. The company still needs these processes to continue in a safe and efficient manner till the close . I chose to come back to help the company make this transition smoothly Responsible for managing the Fabrication department in the Harley Davidson facility that is scheduled to close in June 2019. Began at Harley in the materials department on nights , made my way to the maintenance department due to my hard work and "get it done" attitude that was observed by leadership at the facility. I managed the day shift Maintenance team until I learned that the facility was set to close down due to consolidation. I chose to resign and find other opportunities Began at Harley in the materials department on nights , made my way to the maintenance department due to my hard work and "get it done" attitude that was observed by leadership at the facility.
