I came back to Harley to offer my skills of managing a tough production situation where many 20 year hourly union employees will be forced to leave the company. The company still needs these processes to continue in a safe and efficient manner till the close .   Began at Harley in the materials department on nights , made my way to the maintenance department due to my hard work and "get it done" attitude that was observed by leadership at the facility.
