John is indefatigable, the energy and care he gives to his job, company, colleagues, family and friends has no limits - with the level of work he got through, I wouldn’t be surprised to learn he never sleeps. John brings huge energy and personality to any space, he’s fun, tough, smart, loyal, direct and dedicated in the right measure (although his singing voice could do with some fine tuning for the office). After joining in July 2015 to drive the NSW expansion of operations following the business’ migration over from WA, I was promoted through to Regional Manager – Eastern States in August 2017 and then ultimately General Manager in October 2019, following a period of sustained hyper-growth including expansion to every state/ territory and personal injury jurisdiction in the country, and wide-ranging diversification of services into Life Insurance and, in particular, Mental Health services.With a distinct focus on best-practice rehabilitation interventions amalgamating biopsychosocial principles, person-centricity, and direct support and facilitation of recovery-at-work process, I eventually oversaw > 100 FTE delivering reputable services widely recognised as industry-leading, built on foundations of a remarkable culture of togetherness and purpose.With a heavy heart and indescribable levels of contentedness and gratitude, I decided to move on from the organisation in late 2019 to explore opportunities in the digital health landscape.
