      I acted as the driving force behind a consultancy focused on delivering the insights and advisory services that enabled small businesses and startups to increase operational capabilities, drive growth, and improve performance.       This was an exciting opportunity, when I innovated and designed a brand new healthcare model focused on medical devices and implant products for use in orthopedics, neurology, cardiothoracic, cardiology, and specialty surgical procedures. It was the first business model of its kind to change the way hospitals and healthcare did business within one of the most challenging and costliest of areas within hospital expenditures.
