Bio
Edward Clarke
Jay is at the vanguard of his generation. Intelligent, dynamic and with significant capacity for conceptually challenging work, he is an impressive individual and a true leader. I have worked with Jay for the last seven years and seen him grow both professionally, and personally. His ruthless pursuit of further professional competence is exemplified by his selection to serve at The Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst and his extraordinary promotion timeline. This is supplemented by a willingness to develop himself personally, exemplified by his undertaking of a BSc Degree in Professional Management. This is without any encouragement and firmly sets him apart from his peers. Jay is personable, efficient, diligent and confident. Balanced with his caring nature and willingness to see tasks and issues to their completion makes him a potent force. I expect Jay has a glittering military career ahead of him and thereafter, will succeed in the most demanding of management roles. If running my own organisation, I would employ him immediately.
