Baton Rouge, Louisiana I began working at Sparkhound as a Tier 1 Support Analyst, and within three months I was assisting in onboarding the LCMC Health hospital system, Sparkhound's new and largest client. In this role, I began doing general Tier 1 support for LCMC Health, while also training new Sparkhound employees on servicing client needs and provisioning accounts for new employees and contractors at LCMC hospitals. I have spent considerable time working within Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
