"John has been mentoring me for over a year now and I have grown so much under his guidance and support, especially in the areas of self-awareness and leadership. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is wanted to improve the way they relate and work with others and develop sound leadership skills." Son' Maugham

I have engaged John on a number of projects over the years including Sales Training, Effective Presentation and one on one coaching. John has the gift of great knowledge and authority in his areas of expertise, combined with exceptional interpersonal skills. John's empathy with, and understanding of, what makes people tick, allows him to create and deliver an effective learning experience that really makes a difference. I have people who worked for me over 10 years ago, who still speak warmly of the lasting benefits (both professional and personal) of the work John did with them. I can't think of a better testament than that.

I am enjoying being a learning and development consultant which is the point I have arrived at after a very varied career in the private sector. I have a very wide set of skills from facilitation to selling and marketing as well as coaching. I have a specialty in working with leaders both in a workshop setting or in a coaching relationship. My career at 3M set me up well for the work that I do these days. I am very happy when I am coaching people who are keen learners. This work is very rewarding when people make the shifts that are needed in their competence and attitudes. I have been fortunate to have had opportunities to work internationally in countries including Singapore, China, the USA, Australia, Fiji and Cambodia. Show less
