He commands respect both from the eloquent and engaging manner in which he communicates to the out-of-the-box thinking that he engages in with his clients to find unique and creative solutions to their issues and challenges. Furthermore, John's clever sense of humor and wit endear him to his clients which enhance his ability to lead them in fun and productive conversations leading to jointly developed solutions that the client has really bought into.
