I have used John and the InCo team with two separate organisations. John is an outstanding sales leader. He is very customer centric and understands the value of owning the relationship, whilst always keeping in mind strategic goals of the client, as well as honestly communicating the value and strengths of the service he and the team are able to deliver, which is certainly a reason behind his success and why I returned to InCo for a second time. His talent to motivate his team and lead the way through the biggest challenges, makes it a pleasure to work with him, and I have no doubt I will do again.

John was key to me being succesful at INCo, upon being recruited by John and establishing myself as a top performer i was mentored and driven further by John and devleoped into a great people manager. John moved through all the ranks with INCo to eventually be VP of Sales, this showed even more success with John engaging and closing a multitude of enterprise organisations for INCo services.
