In addition to my test duties, I also did a great deal of customer service on both the SAP and IBM queues, and also coordinated the worldwide SAP on DB2 development effort by hosting monthly global conference calls, one with all the development labs for SAP on DB2, and another global conference call for the worldwide SAP on DB2 customer community.
