COMPANY PROFILE Le Petit Cochon formally Tribes Restaurant reinvented as Dublin’s newest French restaurant in 2005. We were committed to using the finest ingredients in our recipes, sourcing local growers, quality Irish meat and fresh fish. The menu was entirely French which is reminiscent of traditional “cuisine grand-mère” style food. We had a passion and drive to ensure that Diners could expect a fully French experience from the décor right through to the superb wine list. RESPONSIBILITIES Managing the complete operation from Kitchen to Front of House in a pressurised environment Established and maintained a very high standard of food and service which earned Tribes/Le Petit Cochon a Michelin recommendation.
