  As an Account Manager I am responsible for multiple large properties in the West Valley. I'm responsible for making sure all the properties are up to the highest stranded of care and that our contracts are followed 100%. I'm also responsible for reporting any deviations of the contract to the property Managers and Board of Directors. I attend all board meetings and present at board meeting when needed. I create weekly punch list items for crews to insure our properties are held to the highest standards. After working at Gothic for a short time I was asked to take on the Arbor Manager position while maintaining my current position as Account Manager. In this role as Arbor Manager I develop schedules, prepare bids, maintain and develop budgets, and insure quality work while directing the Arbor crew for all Phoenix and surrounding areas.   Assumed management of a large master planned community in distress. Worked with the Board of Directors to implement an entire restructuring of the operation to address a decade of neglect in all facets. Developed a program to address issues based on priority and implemented ongoing and long term preventive maintenance routines. Responsibilities include ensuring facilities operations meet the requirements of state law and all governing documents and contracts of the Association. Supervise and inspect quality of service by vendors through monthly scheduled site visits and daily inspections of completed work. Monitor quality of all common area buildings within Ventana lakes property. Oversee all work done on all 460 acres of Ventana lakes property this includes landscape, tree work, facilities maintenance, four pools, four spas, all HVAC units, eleven sports courts, and nine lakes. Oversee two maintenance employees, assigning tasks, training, and administrative duties such as performance reviews and disciplinary actions. Assist in the preparation of RFQ/RFP’s for all projects which exceed my spending authorization.
