  Mechanical Separated Chicken: Supervise the installation, operation and planner for Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services on frame dumper and auger system, frame belt, grinder, two Walshaw pumps, double mixer, and three votator refrigeration units which dispenses the finish product of poss meat (salt and sodium nitrate added) into cardboard combos shrink warp to wooden pallets or placed on slip sheets. Product is then shipped to various further processing plants as key ingredients used to make chicken bologna and hot dogs. Supervise eight partners towards obtaining the daily KPI set for the department while incorporating the complex people pillar concept with emphasis on safety, quality, PDCA 5's and teamwork.
