Responsible for performing high quality work and exceptional service on a wide range and variety of jobs within the restoration industry through insurance claims including; cleaning, water damage, vehicle impact, fire, trauma, sewage, mold abatement and wind emergency services. The position includes being on an on-call schedule of on average 5-6 days a week; every 2-3 weeks. Job duties include; job recruiting, training technicians, producing each job profitably, locating and using subcontractors, preplanning projects (materials, labor, time), maintaining an accurate oversite of each technician’s internal daily paperwork, as well as dealings with business representatives, ordering and tracking of materials used for daily jobs and supplies used within the jobs. General duties include; randomly attending job sites to inspect for quality, service and organization, Assess the job site for the work to be completed while following a workorder effectively and promptly completing the necessary extraction, dehumidification, demolition if needed while completing structural drying and air readings to set up for proper drying methods to make for a safe environment. Responsible for the completion of board ups, drywall repairs, insulation, vapor barriers and the demolition and rebuilds of jobs to bring them back to pre-loss conditions in a safe and professional manner. Leadership duties include; the ability to positively motivate others, communicating a positive image of the company to all staff, ensure technicians are developing their skills, actively seek out opportunities to expand knowledge of the industry, develop creative solutions to problems, and always providing excellent customer service. Repossessed and maintained power of sale properties on behalf of the banks in Hamilton, Flamborough, Mount Hope, Dundas, Ancaster, Stoney Creek, Carisle, Millgrove, Binbrook, Brampton, Burlington, Mississauga, Milton, Georgetown, Oakville, Campbellville and Glanbrook. If I could not do I had the resources and contractors to do the job, interior/exterior garbage removal, cleaning, lawn maintenance, snow removal, weekly inspections of all properties ( at times I had up to 100 properties I was maintaining at one time), installation of door handles, dead bolts, serve legal documents to mortgagors that are in arrears, occupancy checks, dealing with tenants needs and repairs, all interior/exterior cleanings which included garbage removal, wipe down and preparing the property for resale, doing all repairs/cleaning quotes, working and hiring 3rd party contractors when required and meeting with the Sheriff to give access into property to conduct the eviction and take possession.
