      Managed the expansion of Heatherwick Studio from one site to three over the course of a two year period, including a sympathetic £1M refurbishment of a 450 square metre Victorian property in the Kings Cross Conservation area. Coordinating and managing a small in house design team to deliver the interior fit out of the new studio spaces, and expansion of design team from 75 people to 200+ in a 4 year period. Working a wide variety of different consultants and fabricators to deliver extremely bespoke, unique interiors that encapsulate the design values of Heatherwick Studio. Planning and coordination of weekly design reviews with Thomas Heatherwick to allow for key design decisions to be made in extremely choreographed and excellently organised presentations to a very demanding senior stakeholder. Acting as CDM Coordinator for a large, complex construction site within a listed building. Responsibility for adherence to the current building regulations and safe working practices. Excellent knowledge of technical detailing and specifications of the most up to date building technologies, ensuring compliance with the latest building regulations and code compliance. Experience is working with a wealth of various fabricators to deliver bespoke and beautifully made furniture and fittings for all buildings across the Heatherwick Studio campus, engaging with artisans from the design concept stage to completion and installation.
