John is going places! I had the pleasure of hiring and managing John while working at Bonusly. He came to us with a strong background in Sales already, and getting him as an MDR was a home run hire for my team! Right away he was a huge asset to the team and contributed to our overall success by sharing what he knew. John is great to talk with and has a fantastic personality that led to him quickly being a trusted source that anyone on the team could go to. His intelligence and his drive to grow and learn had him meeting and exceeding his quotas right out of the gate. With Johns background in Leadership as well as Sales, and seeing firsthand how smart and hardworking he is, I'm 100% confident that John is ready to take on being a full cycle Account Executive or even leading his own Sales team in any industry. If you're considering hiring John for your team, don't hesitate, and if you see him working on my next team, don't be surprised!

John was a great asset during his time at impact.com. As a Channel Partnerships Associate (CPA) he came in with a strong Biz Dev background and was able to quickly put those skills to work to drive new agency engagements and source new partnerships with our team. During his time as a CPA he was able to quickly learn, adapt and broaden his skill set. He was able to lead diagnostic and demos calls with new partners. He effectively acted as a consultant to new agencies to diagnose the best path to partnering with impact, and he was able to grow and nurture new agency partnerships into more mature, productive and meaningful partnerships that were beneficial for impact, our agency partners and our clients. John also has a great knack for finding ways to streamline process or implement new processes where there are none, and contributed quite a bit in defining the role of CPA on our team. He also did a great job of mentoring new teammates to get them up to speed on how to be an effective CPA. John is also incredibly dependable. If you give him a mission he'll find a way to get it done.
