I have been charged with developing, growing and managing a sales team that is focused solely on building and maintaining a profitable book of business for one of the most successful Insurance Carriers in the world. I have the privilege of leading a team of Business Development Consultants that is professional, dynamic and dedicated to acquiring revenue generating opportunities for both QBE and our partners. Our Western Region includes the 8 most Western states and spans from Washington State to Montana and all the way down to sunny California. In my efforts to challenge and further develop our staff’s abilities I work directly with each individual in order to maximize their insurance knowledge, sales capabilities and encourage direct interaction with key internal production and underwriting decision makers. These efforts will assure that QBE’s focus remains on profitable growth for our company as well as partners and internal stake holders.
