As a scholar-researcher I strive to bring real-world experiences to each and every course. With primary emphasis on how Master's level students will incorporate the knowledge given into their progressing career track, courses are designed to provide project based opportunities for discovery. Most importantly is to keep pace with a radically changed, technologically supercharged, world and each student's' contribution to this changing educational landscape.Courses taught include: Introduction to Higher Education, Intercollegiate Athletics and Higher Education, Research Methods in Higher Education, General Survey of Educational Research, and Organizational Theory in Higher Education.

The SAEOPP Upward Bound Program, founded in 2017 at Berkmar and Meadowcreek High Schools in Georgia’s Gwinnett County School District, are part of The TRIO programs and is one of the primary federal programs providing support services to disadvantaged students to promote achievement in postsecondary education. The SAEOPP Upward Bound Program is dedicated to seeing 100% of its program participants’ graduate from high school, continue to college, and graduate with an Associates or Bachelor’s degree. Moreover, it is expected that our program participants will become social change agents and leaders, impacting their communities with the mindset that a college going expectation is within their grasp. These societal leaders and change agents will think and act critically, and continue to advance their knowledge through advanced degrees, trainings, and life-long education.

    • Director, Sons of Promise Men's Intergenerational Project
      • Sep 2013 - Oct 2019

Using Biblical principles to coordinate, train, assess, and mentor/coach men. The focus of this effort is to maximize a man's dreams, gifts, talents, and abilities to serve in the area where they are placed. Very few men are called to full-time ministry. Rather, they are called to exercise the power of salt and light in the field of their expertise and educational training. Mentoring men to walk in excellence, produce industry leading outcomes, and influencing those around them is the "fruit" the Sons of Promise of KDC strives to accomplish. The Sons of Promise consists of several core efforts: The Men of Uncommon Valor (MOUV), A Servant's Heart (Men serving the needs within the Kingdom Dominion Church), and the Vision Academy (Ongoing training effort for Men).
