I currently teach Advance Placement Physics, Physics Honor and STEM Core classes. In each class I create lessons that are focused on real world applications, laboratory experiments and hands–on approaches to engage all types of learners and learning styles. I also have previously taught Chemistry and Integrated Earth Science curriculums.• Implement NJ Core Curriculum standards while developing a student’s independent thinking skills and problem solving skills.• Virtual simulations, online assignments and having students create podcasts are techniques used to stimulate student interest and understanding of concepts.• Utilizing Internet projects, web based research and collaborative projects are several alternative assessments that are implemented in my classroom. • Maintain communication and collaboration with faculty, parents and other teaching professionals.• Continue education with Professional Development, Continuing Education Credits and working with professional societies. • Develop County and District curriculum in Physics to incorporate New Jersey Core Curriculum Standards and Next Generation Science Standards.• Gifted & Talented Instructor for “Innovation Generation” and “Education Excursions”. These are afterschool STEM orientated programs for 5th – 8th graders in Lacey School District.• Physics Club Advisor – Guide students with their designs, construction and participation in N.J. Physics Olympics and O.C.C. Cardboard Canoe Race. Facilitate student’s interest such as organizing field trips to engineering career days, inviting guest lecturers and demonstrating liquid nitrogen cooled ice cream. • Men’s Freshman Soccer Coach – Focus on team building, gaining leadership skills, creating intrinsic motivation and increasing player ability.

Full time summer employment with NAVAIR's Education Outreach.Encourage students to pursue Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM) programs, teachers are partnered with scientists and engineers in the state of the art NAVAIR laboratories and facilities. This provides first hand experience of working with specialists utilizing scientific inquiry, technology and mathematical problem solving to solve real-world Navy problems. • Co-authored the “Force Course”, a teacher/student workbook which contains hands-on, cross-disciplinary classroom activities designed to teach students the principles of engineering.• Created programs involving career shadowing, field trips and guest speakers that were aligned with NJ Core Content Standards. These programs were design to highlight the many careers associated with STEM at NAVAIR Lakehurst.• Assisted in the Materials Analysis Laboratory preparing failure analysis samples, analyzing field sample and preparing finished reports.

It is an extremely technically verse company that has product sales of over 5 Billion dollars annually.• Responsibilities were for North American sales territory for the Environmental Technology Group including On-Highway Truck and Off-Highway Industrial Equipment.• Managed territory sales revenue, forecasting, budget, distributors and sales representatives for Retrofit/Aftermarket emission controls. • Collaborated with internal Technical and Research Groups to provide customers with technical and engineered solutions for various emission solution strategies. • Educated customers, regulatory bodies and distributors about our technical products through presentations, demonstrations and seminars.• Devised and provided training procedures to assist users in the understanding of installation and maintenance of our products.

This helped to address future goals and strategies.
