      I teach a two week New Hire course for new Field Service Technicians. During these two weeks I teach 8 courses on IGT hardware, slot machines and all the many items a tech will need to get a running start in their new Career. Besides the New Hire for Internal employees, I tech several courses for external Customers and Regulators. I work on staying up to date on new products and services and attend online and in class room training events as often as possible.I currently teach on 80960 products video and spinning reel. All AVP platforms. Software installation and game optioning. Troubleshooting all platforms, hardware, software, power problems and networking. I teach basic cable Cat5 making, and fiber optic cabling and making. Volt meter basics and instruction on power handling, power consumption, amperage calculation, using the volt meter, power problems and safety. I also teach several proprietary IGT products such as: IPC, IMC, C-Coms, IComs, WAP, sbX, UC, and some Advantage. I do Safety, Information Resources, Troubleshooting, and Preventative Maintenance.
