I took over as supervisor in June of 2017. I have 12 people that report to me. Before becoming Supervisor I was CRT Pro tasked with taking escalated calls and more difficult calls. I am participating in the Emerging Leader program. My supervisor position is currently on an interim basis.

As Coordinator I am in charge of the day to day operations in the house. I ensure that staff is meeting expectations of company and clients. Build and maintained relationships with others, including families, neighbors, co­workers, and friends. Promote and maintain a positive image of the individuals who use our services.
