   Complete oversight of entire on site development of a $26.5 Million Multi-Family apartment complex.  Site development consisted of 9 buildings (268 units), 5 garages, storm water management facility, clubhouse, pool and spa.  Responsible for permitting and inspection requirements with County and City Officials, Army Corp of Engineers, DEP, Environmental and Fire Martial in Leon County, FL.  Coordination of land clearing and execution of all site and civil engineering.  Executed all site stabilization and underground utilities.  Responsible for obtaining all permits, involved in reviewing plans, sub contractor bidding and in the startup process of developing a multi family apartment complex.  Responsible for all sub-contractor monthly payables.  Responsible for all scheduling and Quality Control of all sub-contractors during vertical construction.  Led weekly sub-contractor meetings and quality control.  Executed punch out list, CO’s, and turn over of all buildings to Property Management.
