A native of Cambridge, Ohio, John Knight graduated in 1969 from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Knight worked as a Project Engineer for General Motors from 1969-1974; during these years, he shared in the patent and design of the airbag. In 1974 Mr. Knight joined the ranks of The Fabri-Form Company as the Maintenance Foreman. He worked his way up the corporate ladder by serving next as a Shift Supervisor, and moving on to the Plant Manager’s role. In 1980, he became President of The Fabri-Form Company, which was founded by his father. Mr. Knight is a Vice Chairman of the Zane State College Board of Trustees. He serves on the Advisory Board of Mattingly Foods and the Board of the John and Annie Glenn Historic Site. In his civic time, Mr. Knight is active with the Rotary Club of Cambridge where he served as president. He is also a past member of the Rotary Foundation Board of Directors. Show less
