Established excellent multimedia and digital photography unit at a cost of KES 6 million and steering the team to start production of multimedia programmes and their application in Kenyan museums. Producer / Director of television programmes with air time in two national television stations. Producer / Director of multimedia programmes and virtual tours for use in ICT. Led audiovisual department from inception to the current status of a leading heritage documentation and education authority. - Production - Number of 60 documentaries and 10 Kenya Audio Programmes • Winning seven international and local awards among the best Documentary and GOLD/SILVER in Pan-African Broadcasting and Heritage Awards - television category. The only Gold Award ever in East Africa. Planning, training, assessment and grading of practical attachments for communication and media students from Daystar University (2001 to date), Nairobi University (2000 to date), Moi University (2003 to date) and Maseno University (2004 to date).

Set up micro teaching recording and studios in five teachers training college and organized equipment maintenance and staff training in all 22 Learning Resource Centers in TTCs. Planned, trained, assessed and graded, group training for communication and media staff from four countries in Africa; Lesotho (1993), Zimbabwe (1994), Botswana (1995) and Zanzibar (2005).
