Placement was conducted at Saint Patricks College Shorncliffe (SPC) Exercise prescription and programming were performed in several sporting fields under the SPC sports umbrella with students aged between 10 – 17-year old.Performed supervised student training in the track and field events long jump and triple jump. Teams were taken through warm up, running and jump drills such as block starts and technique correction. Consisted of group-based training drills to develop balance, agility and power development. Supervised and advised the delivery of the Athletic Development Program (ADP): Duties performed were supervising students training, teaching students to perform correct lifting technique and exercises. Several sports required performance testing, tests included basic height and weight, broad jumping, vertical jump, 1RM and 5RM strength testing. Jump testing was performed on ForceDecks including counter movement jumps to assess flight time, peak force development and contact time. ADP and testing were used to inform exercise programming for each student.
