      Embedded with U.S. Marine Police Transition Training Teams tasked with the mission of training/advising/equipping Iraqi nationals in police related subjects. IP's were given weapons training and tactic's enabling them to successfully assume responsibility for their county's policing. The PTT team assisted in establishing several Iraqi Police stations in the region along with supplying them with essential equipment and creating fortification/defensive positions essential to each station's survival. Team members assisted in creating a supply chain within the IP organization while also organizing a chain of accountability for the supplies and weapons issued. Additionally, the PTT team assisted in creating a chain of command within the IP personal structure and establishing rules and regulations to abide by. Additionally, a payroll system was established for the region. Assistance and training were given to establish security and stability patrols by the IP's in their assigned area of operation within the Fallujah, Al Anbar area of operation.Assigned /promoted to team leader of the Police trainers/advisors in Fallujah and Habbaniya Iraq. Tasked with administration duties such as payroll, team member evaluations, coordinating training missions to Iraqi Police stations including the Fallujah Headquarters -Command and Operation Center within the City of Fallujah for meeting with Iraqi Police Commanders. Also required to attend the bi-weekly meeting with the Marine commander of the Fallujah battle space and his staff to discuss and give input to ongoing training/supplying issues in our area of responsibility. Additionally providing for the mental and physical well-being of all team members. Also responsible for coordinating and working with logistics' and maintenance of the camp's infrastructure and vehicles. Responsible for completing reports outlining the progress of the training that were forwarded up the chain of command to include the Pentagon.
