      Responsibilities I manage my inventory, went up to the warehouse when needed, mostly worked it out of my house as a home-base technician. I would activate my route at 6 in the morning get all my jobs by 730 to the first job by 830 no later unless wasn't scheduled work till afternoon. I Had occasional drop Inns and worked till anytime until my route was completed. I was responsible for installing dish network equipment on new connections, maintaining and diagnosing preinstalled systems during service calls. Accomplishments I accomplished Running my own business as a subcontractor, fining my computer and customer skills and finding solution to instalation problems. furthermore, when I started had knowledge in computer and basic construction and was able to learn how to install dish equipment, tools, and keep learning new products in the field as soon as they are released . another accomplishment is being able to help customers that had issues that where complex and in a timely manner that couldn't be solved from previous attempts and know how greatly my work had impacted my customers in a positive manner. Skills Used Skills I used was to make important decisions, how to deal with frustrated customers and solve there issues in a professional manner.i learned and used cable tools such as superbuddy, crimping tools and inclinomintor. For example, super buddy which helped me align dishes and lock on to there positions and inclinomintor to help me see the satelittes through azimuth and elevation in order to determine line of sight and dish placement. I learned techniques like wall fishing and proper wiring executions for new and existent customers. I learned many systems they had from a 625 DVD receiver to the new hopper system that was just releused. I learned to adapt to fast pace and rapidly changing field which I love to keep up on new trouble diagnosing techniques and equipment for future releases. Show less

      Responsibilities As a propane/ plumber assistant, my job was to assist and install new propane installations for commercial and residential use, maintain existent systems, inventory, and fill propane cylinders. furthermore, while working here i have obtained my Fire Marshall license type two, which allows me to handle and fill any type of propane cylinder. In addition, other responsibilities were to keep inventory organized, as well as the truck inventory, installed and repaired grills, stoves, dryers, boilers, pool equipment and ect... Accomplishments I acquired my fire Marshall license type 2 granting me the ability to fill propane tanks and transport them. Skills Used Knowledgeable on how to use construction tools, properly, basic construction how to diagnosis repair propane appliances, and accessories. I am able to trouble shoot/ repair propane equipment and accessories customer service skills enabling me to handle customers on a personal level, on the other hand, as a result, being a great salesman.
