Manage the Tennis Facility of the #1 Rated Country Club in the country # 1 in Florida and # 15 in the world. As well as the largest equity country club in the U.S In 2013 Boca West was voted the USTA Outstanding Tennis Facility in the U.S. The club is located on 1,800 acres with 3,400 homes. Responsibilities include the maintenance of 27 Hydro Courts. There are a total of 14 lighted pickleball courts. I supervise a staff of 11 employees which includes pro shop, teaching pro's and maintenance. Oversee the tennis pro shop which encompasses 1,500 square feet of clothing, shoes, rackets etc. The staff provides daily Men's and Women's game arranging for all levels of play. Staff organizes all member events including club championships, round robins , calcutta's, Men's and Women's member guest and Color Wars etc .There are a total of 13 men's and women's tennis team's that compete in various leagues throughout Palm Beach County. Outside events which have included World Class Exhibitions with Chris Evert, Martina Navratilova Stan Smith, the Bryan Brother's, Jimmy Arias,Guillermo Vilas Pat Cash, Fred Stolle, Owen Davidson, Jay Berger, Tom Gullickson, Aaron Krickstein, Mats Wilander, Ricardo Acuna and Jan-Michael Gambil, Ryan Harrison,Christina Mc Hale, Lauren Davis, Stefan Koslov, Bjorn Fratangelo, Cece Bellis, Justin Gimbelstob, Micheal Pernfors, Ivan Ivanisevic , Mark Philippoussis, Sebastian Grojean, Kathy Rinaldi, James Blake, Emilio Sanchez , Mardy Fish, Vince Spadea, Shanay Perry. Outside events have included the USTA French Open Wildcard tournament from 2006-2011. The tennis department hosts annually 3 USTA National Junior tournaments. Boca West has a partnership with both Tennium and the Evert Tennis Academy.
