John-Jacob (JJ) and I worked together for close on a year. Having worked in the recruitment space for 20+ years, I thought I had met some really hard working and diligent colleagues. JJ was in a different league. His attitude towards his role & responsibilities, his colleagues and Globe Locums was beyond reproach and it was personally disappointing to me when he decided his future lay outside of being a compliance manager. He also developed a fantastic relationship with his colleagues in India where his input and training into that team is still be obvious and valued today. JJ is a top guy to have around and I wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
