John-Jacob (JJ) and I worked together for close on a year. Having worked in the recruitment space for 20+ years, I thought I had met some really hard working and diligent colleagues. JJ was in a different league. His attitude towards his role & responsibilities, his colleagues and Globe Locums was beyond reproach and it was personally disappointing to me when he decided his future lay outside of being a compliance manager.
