John is a caring and thoughtful leader who supported the contracting efforts on a Major Defense IT Business System based on the Oracle E-Business Suite. He also supported contracting efforts for the Post Deployment System Support (PDSS) of 37 other programs and the Program Office contracted support services. John is very service oriented and proactive. I highly recommend him!

I worked with John when he was our Contracting Officer (KO) at MARCORSYSCOM. John is a top notch KO and a rare breed among KOs. He is very detail oriented and meticulous. He's a tough negotiator, but fair. One of his more exceptional qualities, rare among Government KOs, is when he said he'd do something, he actually did. He was also very reachable and would return calls or messages within one to 2 days or sooner, another rare quality. I enjoyed working with John very much.
