-My role in Diageo is primarily to support National Account Managers and Executives with systems queries, using mainly SAP CRM, BI and Commercial Planning. -One responsibility is to ensure the Commercial Finance Analysts have the appropriate information in order to work with Sales.-Other responsibilities are to conduct vigorous system testing for new enhancements. During the testing periods, detailed discussions and working with our third party support partners (Accenture & Infosys) has increased my interpersonal communication with people around the world. -I've continuosly worked to improve system processes liasing with various teams within the GB market to ensure the correct information is updated in the commercial system and within set times.-With this role I've have gained invaluable insights into how a commercial environment works on a daily basis and in more details the importance of system maintainence and accuracy.
