John is a very experienced Scrum Master. He's very good with tools and quickly took to any process changes that we had. I can always count on John to show me some new trick on JIRA or any other tool. His no-nonse approach to process makes everyone comfortable right away. He is very respectful of everyone's time and instintively knows what's important and valuable to the organization.
