Laboratory was constructed as a Bio-safety Level II Laboratory which operated under BSL-I regulations but could be converted to a BSL-III facility with minor adjustments.• Researched, developed and produced Standard Operating Procedures, (SOPs), Personal Protection Protocols, (PPPs), as well as created algorithms to compare work flow vs. demand for essential laboratory functions.
