Ellucian® Colleague Consultant (selected project experience): • Operationalized a communication flow and related business processes to applicants and new students that were eligible for funding under California Assembly Bill 19 (AB19), using Colleague Communications Management (CM). Included rules-writing, developing HTML email documents, training staff, and producing documentation for related tasks. • Consulted on initial Federal Direct Loan program set-up for Ellucian® Colleague, including awarding, disbursing, and reconciling Direct Loans. Successfully originated loan records, reported to COD, disbursed, and received response files. Trained staff on direct loan processes in Colleague. • Established and operationalized a communication plan for the Promise Program for the a multi-college district and trained staff in Communications Management, including communication codes, document codes, request definitions and document tracks. Consulted on multiple new-year setups and streamlined financial aid application processing and migrating staff to fully remote work. • Fully implemented new instance of Ellucian Colleague Financial Aid Packager, assessing current business practice and consulting with staff on best-practice and modifying workflows to adapt to new system capabilities.
