  I was doing contract work, spending 99 percent of my time at the Cincinnati Metro Housing Authority. My single biggest accomplishment while there was to write a bolt-on module for their system that was called the "Unit Make Ready". This package tracked the housing units during the time between when a unit was vacated until it was re-occupied. This was critical to getting the units quickly turned around quickly.
