John Hudak provides support for the Design and Development of New Products, Failure Analysis and Design Improvements of Existing Products and Training of Personnel in all things related to Piezoelectric Materials and Components. Mr. Hudak has provided support to more than 450 customers throughout the United States, the Americas, Europe and Asia. Applications include Actuators, Sensors, Transmitters and every other type of Piezoelectric Component. Mr. Hudak's 40+ years of piezoelectric experience guarantee the shortest paths to the design and development of new products and the highest yields and Quality of existing products. Over the last 30+ years Mr. Hudak has visited numerous facilities where he quickly identified problems with the handling, testing or specification of piezoelectric components. These visits resulted in annual cost savings of as much as $500,000 in materials and labor. Mr. Hudak also creates Customer Specific Training Programs that cover eveything from the history of piezoelectric materials, through the entire manufacturing process, component design, material selection, source qualification, handling, assembly and testing. He affectionately calls these programs Piezo 101, 102, etc. Every employee in the companies that he visits learns something new and benefical.
