I utilized John's services to help me repair/replace a parking lot that had multiple sink holes due to poor fill utilized 30 years ago. The parking lot was turning into a safety hazard. My plan was to completely dig up the parking lot and back fill with stone and then repave. John provided me with an alternative solution that saved me a few hundred thousand dollars in excavating and refill costs. In addition he flawlessly managed the project and was able to get everything completed ahead of schedule. It is about 5 years later and the parking lot is still holding up beautifully.
