My responsibilities include leading the Fairview ATL Skills Team for the the three IB by coordinating across six campuses to restructure Fairview's ATL Skills Development Program in order to develop Self-Regulated Learners by using 40 research based models including Toulmin, Belbin, PDCA, Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle to anchor the skills in order for MYP teachers to know how to teach the skills to students in their lessons. I have also began conducting internal and external training workshops to share Fairview's ATL Skills Framework with IB Schools
