  As Product Owner on the Outside Business Ventures team, I liaised between a scrum team of up to 8 cross-functional contributors, on-the-ground business managers and C-suite stakeholders and users to drive roadmaps, define MVP and agile acceptance criteria for new products and features. Our team delivered three new (zero-to-one) redesigned mobile-first web app MVPs in 16 months, for unique independent business units (real estate, travel and entertainment). This included a new real estate search portal, a microsite platform for agents, and an entirely new web and mobile website for a newly formed hotel and travel brand. We developed and championed the deployment of new technologies, tech tradeoffs and stack changes that improved site performance (80 percent site speed improvement) while consolidating and reducing service/admin costs year-over-year. I worked closely alongside cross-functional teams including UX design, marketing, QA and systems engineering to develop complete increments and help our team deliver consistent and predictable product releases to the business. In addition to my work defining the MVP vision and building/refining roadmaps, I was also responsible for maintaining and synthesizing data from Google Universal Analytics, site testing platforms including VWO and Hotjar, and using data to help build user stories that were groomed into a dynamic, multi-project product backlog. I was the primary advocate for our team and our zero-to-one projects to the tech department and the company at large, and I was responsible for planning and holding scrum ceremonies including daily scrum, sprint planning and review and company-wide demonstrations.
