  My main objective is to achieve a long-term Clusters for our clients and generate impact in the field. I am leading the field and certification team. One of the most important goal achieves in a Cluster approved on January 1, 2020. This Cluster involves a technical impact and investment for more than 3,000 coffee producers. A new management methodology has been implemented for the visibility of fieldwork for the more than 30 technical assistants, which allows us to measure the efficiency of impact and investment using Trackvia tool mixed with Power BI, an in-house ERP, and Microsoft 365 platform (Power Automate, Forms.
