Elected to the Board of Education for District 49 in 2015 under the platform that education should have community involvement and local solutions. Your school district is the center of your community. A successful school district requires the involvement and support of not only parent, teachers, and staff, but the businesses, empty-nesters, property owners, and residents within that local community.
