I was very fortunate to work directly with John for three years and it was refreshing and inspiring to witness what I would call the new leaders of today. Empower his teams, by letting them take personal responsibility for there performance whilst you can be free in how you want to structure, work and deliver the collective result. I had the pleasure of working with John whilst at Powerleague, where he was Chief Operations Officer. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with such a good operator? For someone that had only been in the business for a short period of time, he demonstrated a thorough understanding of the dynamics of what made the business tick. Definitely inspiring to both his team and team members, his infectious enthusiasm really rubbed off on everyone. All over the detail yet able to see the bigger picture is a difficult balance to achieve, but I think John was absolutely spot on. I’d relish the opportunity to work with John again.
