Market Manager
-
Jan 2010 - Jul 2011
Started as the Store Manager at Rivergate Mall in Goodlettsville, TN. After making sales goals and profit goals for 6 months straight, I was promoted to Market Manager where I oversaw both the Rivergate store and the Murfreesboro store. I continued to make sales goals at both stores while developing new ways and events that allowed the stores to be more profitable than they already were. With these measures in place, it was the first time both stores made their goals since 2008. I continued to make schedules, stay within payroll budgets, hire and train new staff at both stores until my resignation in July 2011. While with Alumni Hall, I assisted in a store opening in Bowling Green, KY. I assisted in receiving merchandise, placing merchandise, accepting deliveries, hiring, and general store operations during the first week.
