Over 41 years in the Injection Molding business. Over 35 of those years with Parkway Products/Solvay Polymers/BP and Amoco here in Atlanta. Materials molded: Torlon, PEEK, Ultem, Radel, Amodel, Nylon, PEKK. I've worked in the same facility for over 35 years. First being Amoco then BP. After that we were purchased by Solvay and soon after that, Parkway Products in 2004. Experience with Engel, Milicron Roboshots (Fanuc controls), Toshiba, Natco and New Britain Injection Molding machines. Oil heated and electrically heated molds. AEC Whitlock resin dryers and Motan resin handling systems. Computer controlled cure / annealing ovens. Star robotics, Kawaguchi K-cut automated de-gaters, Insert molding, RJG process control.
