Ambulatorium for Psykoterapeutisk Udvikling (APU) er et psykoterapeutisk ambulatorie til mennesker med misbrug af alkohol og/eller stoffer samt ikke psykotisk lidelse, fx angst, depression, PTSD eller personlighedsforstyrrelse. Behandling sker med udgangspunkt i kognitiv adfærdsterapi, primært Dialektisk Adfærdsterapi og Ruminationsfokuseret Kognitiv Adfærdsterapi. Der tilbydes desuden forskellige kropsbaserede grupppetilbud ligesom der er en recovery gruppe.APUer et tværsektorielt tilbud bestående af medarbejdere i den regionale psykiatri og medarbejdere i de kommunale misbrugscentre. I ambulatoriet afprøves en ny koordineret indsats sammen med Rudersdal, Lyngby-Taarbæk, Gladsaxe, Herlev og Ballerup kommuner. Sammen med patienten tilrettelægges et koordineret, effektivt og samlet behandlingsforløb - med udgangspunkt i patientens ønsker og mål. Formålet med APU er at udvikle standarder for udredning og behandling samt en model for tværsektorielt samarbejde mellem region og kommune til mennesker med samtidig ikke-psykotisk psykisk lidelse og misbrug med ret til behandling. Der arbejdses udfra principper om en såkaldt 'modelcelle'. Mine arbejdsopgaver er indledende vurdering samt udredningssamtaler. Region H har oprettet et kompetenceteam i Dialektisk Adfærdsterapi, som skal varetage undervisning inspireret af dialektisk adfærdsterapi på intensive afsnit i hele Region Hovedstaden med henblik på kompetence udvikling og nedbringelse af tvang på intensive afsnit. Mine primære arbejdsopgaver i teamet er undervisning og konsultation/supervision af personalet. Derudover udvikling, tilrettelæggelse og evaluering af projektet - i samarbejde med afdelingsledelserne.

Our treatment is guided by DBT and offers skill training group, individual therapy and a crises telephone. Im certified in using MCMI-III and uses the test as a part of the visitation for the DBT treament, and also used to screen for other psychiatric disorders like ADHD, Biploar disorders, depression and anxiety.
