I managed three separate groups supporting the EMEA Localisation business activities. The organisation, which consisted mainly of software and quality assurance engineers working in a development and testing environment, was responsible for translating and re-engineering the US Symantec products for end-users in European and South American markets. Reporting to the Senior Director of EMEA Localisation, I led a team of four network/lab administrators, three developers and two application support analysts as well as having responsibility for remote engineering resources in the Warsaw localisation office.
